Yuchai Receives 2025 National Quality-Reliable Team Honor

Recently, the 2025 Annual Conference of the China Quality Association (CQA) and the 3rd Conference on Pursuit of Excellence was successfully convened in Beijing. At the conference, the Digital Development Group of Yuchai's Service & Aftermarket Business Unit was honored with the 2025 "National Quality-Reliable Team" award in recognition of its outstanding quality innovation achievements in digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.

Centered on the theme "Quality-Driven, Digital-Intelligent Empowerment for Sustainable Development", the conference aimed to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It sought to guide organizations across sectors to practice advanced quality management concepts, models and methodologies, pursue continuous innovation in digital-intelligent transformation and green low-carbon development, and further solidify the foundation for advancing high-quality economic and social development. More than 1,500 delegates from international quality organizations, the national quality association system, and numerous enterprises and public institutions participated in the conference.

 

In recent years, adhering to the quality policy of "Comprehensive Element Guarantee, Whole-Process Control, Leading Industry Standards, and Exceeding Customer Expectations" and the work philosophy of "Data-Driven, AI-Enabled, Efficient Service, and Continuous Innovation", Yuchai's Digital Development Group has built an "Intelligent Service Knowledge Base" leveraging AI and big data technologies, enabling intelligent fault diagnosis and the precise delivery of maintenance solutions.

By establishing a "Data - Knowledge - Service" closed-loop system, the group has promoted the transformation of maintenance processes from experience-based judgment to data-driven decision-making, elevating service quality to industry-leading standards.
