Eberspaecher Yuchai Exhaust Processing System Co., Ltd. (Eberspaecher Yuchai for short) is a joint venture established by Eberspaecher Group of Germany and Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. in August 2018, mainly engaged in the production of diesel engine exhaust purification and after-treatment systems for commercial vehicles.

Founded in August 2009 in Wuhu, Anhui Province and formally put into operation in 2011, Y&C ENGINE CO., LTD. (Y&C) is the production base of YC DIESEL's high-end brands, focusing on modern energy-saving and environment-friendly heavy-duty engines. As the leading products of Y&C, YC6K series engines integrate the latest technological achievements in the world and have more than 40 technical invention patents. These 6K products have been supplied to such OEMs as C&C Trucks, Dongfeng Xinjiang, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Shaanxi Automobile Group Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shanxi Dayun, JAC Heavy Trucks, FAW Jiefang Liuzhou Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Geely Commercial Vehicles, moving into the top tier in the heavy truck field in China. These 6K products have been applied to ports, sand pumping vessels, air compressor, mining, yachts and fishing vessels, and exported to more than 10 countries including Pakistan, Russia, Indonesia, Korea and Myanmar.

Located in Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province, Jining Yuchai Engine Co., Ltd. (Jining Yuchai for short) covers an area of nearly 483 mu. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and the manufacturing base of Yuchai light commercial vehicle engines. Adhering to the operation philosophy of "green development and harmony win-win", Jining Yuchai has fostered a proactive, innovative and efficient team with high quality in a fair, practical and open working atmosphere. It plans to develop itself to be number one in the Chinese light diesel engine sector in the next 5 fives and become a world-class enterprise in the next 10 years. Jining Yuchai has a cylinder head production line with an annual machining capacity of 30,000 engines and a cylinder head production line with an annual machining capacity of 30,000 engines that comply with the China VI emission standard. It mainly owns the machining centers introduced from Makino and Komatsu of Japan, honing machine introduced from NAGEL of Germany, and machining center jointly developed by Komatsu Limited and Dalian Machine Tool Plant (now Dalian Machine Tool Group Corporation (DMTG)). Through transformation by introducing modern robots and applying AGV to realize automatic logistics distribution, Jining Yuchai has initially build its assembling and test line with an annual output of 100,000 engines into an automatic production line that reaches the level of German Industry 4.0. Jining Yuchai mainly produces Y series engines, including YC4Y20, YC4Y22 and YCY24. The series of engines is based on AVL design and integrates the most advanced engine technology compared to the engines of the same displacement in Europe, with such advantages as strong power, low fuel consumption, excellent NVH performance, good reliability and durability. They have reached the China VI-b emission standard. With 100ps-165ps power and low-speed torque, these engines have advantages in application to light trucks and light passenger vehicles, and are ideal power for SUV, 5-6m high-end light passenger vehicles, high-end pickup trucks, high-end light trucks and other models.

Founded in February 2017, MTU Yuchai Power Co., Ltd. (MTU-Yuchai for short) is located in Yulin, Guangxi. It is a joint venture established by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and MTU of Germany, mainly engaged in the manufacturing of MTU 4000 series engines, which are mainly applied to gensets, and the oil and gas fields. MTU-Yuchai adopts the same standards, design and process as MTU of Germany, and is committed to providing users with products and services of the same or even higher quality.

Founded in January 2000, Guangxi Yulin Yuchai Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Yuchai Machinery Parts for short) is a wholly-owned subsidiary and a core supplier of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the production of cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, oil sumps, automobile chassis parts and after-treatment devices for engines. It is the only casting enterprise in China that applies the iron-based coated sand casting process to shafts, boxes and chassis parts in batches, and has taken the leading position in China in respect of iron-based coated sand casting technology. Through 20 years of technological research and development, it has formed a complete iron-based coated sand industry chain integrating research, production and sales. Yuchai Machinery Parts owns the national leading preparation technologies of QT1000-5 ultra-high strength ductile iron material and QT700-10 and QT900-6 high-strength and high-elongation ductile iron materials with fully independent intellectual property rights, and is the only high-tech enterprise in China that can meet the performance requirements and realize the application of these technologies to mass production.

Founded in August 2015, YC-Europe GmbH (YC-Europe for short) is a subsidiary of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., located in Germany, Europe. It has set up an engine and spare parts warehouse in Germany to provide services related to non-road diesel engines (mainly including marine & G-drive engines, and engines for engineering machinery and agricultural machinery), gas engines, road engines and clean-energy engines, and services in respect of sales of engine accessories and provision of complete solutions, as well as marketing, parts and service network construction and support. YC-Europe has established marketing service networks and good relationships with OEMs, dealers, service providers and end customers in many European countries, sold its products to most European countries including Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland, and extended its business to the surrounding countries.

Founded in April 2010, Yuchai Remanufacturing Services (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (YRC for short) is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., covering an area of about 60,000 m2. With a total investment of CNY 230 million, YRC has several technologically advanced remanufacturing lines of engines, basic engines, engine bodies, crankshafts and cylinder heads. YRC's products include diesel engines, parts and components used for aftermarket services of Yuchai. Yuchai Remanufacturing Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. will be committed to the effective practice of promoting the development of circular economy and low-carbon economy, and provide the market with cost-effective products and service options.
