With 288 core suppliers from across the globe in attendance, the conference reviewed years of collaborative efforts, explored opportunities amid industry transformation, and jointly formulated a new blueprint for supply chain collaboration at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
The conference was attended by Jia Bin, Secretary-General of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association; Li Hanyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yuchai Group, as well as Chairman of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Chen Hai, General Manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Jiang Fei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd.; Wang Jianhui, Assistant to the General Manager; and Zhou Jinliang, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
In 2025, Yuchai fully implemented its "1335" Strategy, fueled by the dual engines of technological innovation and global strategy, while focusing on three core sectors: conventional power, new energy power, and intelligent equipment. The company delivered an outstanding performance to bring the 14th Five-Year Plan period to a successful close, with engine sales, operating revenue, and profit all hitting record highs.
In his address, Li Hanyang extended sincere gratitude to all suppliers for their strong support. He emphasized that suppliers serve as the most reliable cornerstone of Yuchai's industrial chain. Beyond a mere supply relationship, Yuchai and its suppliers are partners sharing the same value chain-it is the exceptional quality delivered by suppliers that underpins every commitment of Yuchai Machinery. As Yuchai advances its Supply Chain Enhancement Initiative, all suppliers are expected to maintain close coordination with Yuchai in quality management, product development, and other key areas, and work together to create greater value for end-users and build the most competitive supply chain system for Yuchai.
During the conference, the organizing committee presented a market performance report and a procurement report, and launched an integrity initiative. Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. delivered a speech on behalf of suppliers. The conference also recognized outstanding enterprises and individuals in Yuchai's 2025 supply chain system.
The successful convening of the conference served not only as a review of achievements and strategic alignment but also as a mobilization meeting for coordinated operations across the industrial chain. Representative suppliers, including Bosch and Weifu High-Technology Group, stated that they would take this conference as an opportunity to align with Yuchai's "1335" Strategy, keep pace with Yuchai's upgrading efforts, and continue to provide consistent support to Yuchai in core component R&D, green manufacturing, digital collaboration, and other key areas.
