Different performances, different reasons
1, when the automatic flameout occurs, the speed gradually decreases the sound of the diesel generator operation and the color of the exhaust smoke.
The main reason is that the diesel oil in the tank is used up, which may be the fuel tank switch is opened; Or the fuel tank vent, fuel filter and oil pump are blocked; Or the oil circuit is not sealed into the air, resulting in "gas resistance" (accompanied by speed instability before extinguishing) at this time to check the low pressure oil circuit, first check the tank, filter, fuel tank switch, oil pump is blocked, lack of oil or the switch is not opened, and then loosen the gas screw on the fuel pump, press the fuel pump button, observe the flow of oil at the bleed screw, If there is no oil flow out, it is blocked, if there are bubbles in the oil flow out, it is the air in the oil flow, to check and exclude section by section.
2, when the automatic flameout, the operation is continuously unstable, and there is an abnormal knocking sound. The main reason is that the piston pin is broken, the crankshaft is broken, the connecting rod bolt is broken or loose, the valve clamp spring, the air lock plate is broken, the valve rod or the valve spring is broken, causing the valve to fall off. When the diesel generator is running, once it is found that the unit has this condition, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, so as not to cause major mechanical accidents, and it can be sent to the professional maintenance point for a comprehensive inspection.
3, when the diesel generator automatic flameout, the speed will slowly reduce, the operation is unstable, the main reason for the exhaust pipe white smoke is that there is water in the diesel, the cylinder gasket is damaged, or the automatic decompression is damaged. The cylinder gasket needs to be replaced and the decompression mechanism adjusted.
4. If there is no abnormality before automatic flameout, it will suddenly flameout.
The main reason is that the plunger or injector needle valve is stuck, the plunger spring or pressure spring is broken, the injection pump control rod and its connecting pin fall off, the fixed bolt of the injection pump drive shaft and the driving disc is loose, and the key on the shaft is cut flat due to the loose, resulting in the driving shaft or the driving disc sliding, so that the driving shaft can not drive the injection pump work.
