At this new product launch conference, Lingong Agricultural Machinery exhibited a total of 13 self-developed new agricultural machinery products, including 10 tractors, 2 agricultural machinery and 1 harvester. Among them, the world's first maximum horsepower new energy tractor X6004-9E and domestic high-end intelligent wheel-edge motor driven tractor W4004-8E are equipped with Yuchai YCK16-400kW intelligent hybrid system. These new products have the remarkable characteristics of new, intelligent and efficient, and for the first time, the concept of new energy vehicles has been cross-border integrated into the field of agricultural machinery and equipment. The combination of Yuchai machinery and temporary agricultural machinery broke the predicament of high-horsepower high-end agricultural machinery equipment only produced abroad.
It is reported that Yuchai YCK16-400KW intelligent hybrid system is composed of Yuchai Mengqing power YCK16 engine and Yuchai core blue 400kW motor, fully independent research and development of efficient intelligent range extender, is for large-scale high-end agricultural assembly, large-scale construction machinery, new energy rail transit and other scenarios developed high-end power system. It adopts the flywheel integrated motor scheme, which can achieve a high degree of mechanical and performance coupling, and has the significant advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight and high power generation efficiency. The power generation efficiency is as high as 4.43kW·h/L, and it has become the diesel range extender with the highest efficiency of oil-electric conversion in the industry.
