1. Continuous power of the unit:
Continuous power refers to the condition that the customer needs the diesel generator set to run within 250 hours without stopping the fixed power output.
For example:
Assuming that the customer's electrical equipment is 100KW and the working mode is 10×24 hours non-stop stable power operation, then the selection of diesel generator sets needs to meet the configuration of continuous power operation of 100KW.
2. The common power of the unit:
The common power of the unit is that the equipment allows the regular use of 100% power, but the average power value can not exceed 70%.
For example:
The customer's total equipment is 100KW, but the equipment is divided into a variety of combined equipment, at the time of operation will reach 100KW full load power, sometimes the use of power will be low, then we can calculate if the average power does not exceed 70% of the common power of the unit.
3. The maximum power of the unit:
The standby power of the unit refers to the overload capacity that can be supported on the basis of the common power operation, and the overload capacity is 10% of the common power, that is, the common power is 100% and the standby power is 110%.
The running time is within the common power range. The power can be overloaded for 1 hour every 12 hours, and cannot exceed 25 hours a year.
For example:
A common power of 100KW runs for 12 hours, then the overload capacity can be used to reach 110KW, and the 110KW running time is only 1 hour.
