1. Strictly implement the fuel sedimentation and filtration system, and the diesel fuel added should be allowed to settle for at least 48 hours before it can be used. The diesel used should comply with the standard model specified by the season. Refueling tools should be cleaned specifically. The refueling and storage areas should also be cleaned to prevent dirt from mixing into the fuel and accelerating the wear of the parts, reducing their service life.
2. Establish strict technical maintenance standards, clean the fuel filter once every 100 hours of operation and the fuel tank once every 500 hours of operation. If any damage or loss effect is found in the filter element, replace it in a timely manner and do not remove it. Instead, use direct current fuel supply. The parts should be disassembled and inspected once after working for 500 hours under normal working conditions. During disassembly and inspection, it is necessary to ensure that the area, hands, tools, and cleaning oil are clean to prevent contamination of the parts. Do not knock or hit randomly during disassembly, do not pile or place randomly during cleaning, and do not wash together with other non matching parts to avoid collision and abrasion. During assembly, it is not allowed to arbitrarily change the assembly position to achieve certain purposes that do not meet the requirements of machine operation. When installing the tight seat of the fuel valve and the tight cap of the fuel nozzle, they should be tightened according to the specified torque to ensure the good technical condition of the assembled fuel injector and fuel injection pump.
3. In addition to the above requirements, it is also necessary to improve the understanding of the dual parts, understand the structural characteristics and working principles of the dual parts, strengthen and improve the maintenance, operation and use of the dual parts, and ensure that they are not adjusted arbitrarily when there is no fault, not disassembled arbitrarily during maintenance and use, not knocked or damaged randomly during maintenance and inspection, not wiped or touched randomly during cleaning and maintenance, and not changed or twisted randomly during assembly and adjustment. All should be carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of the specifications to achieve the goal of extending their service life.
