215 Buses Delivered to Nuevo León, with Cumulative Fleet Size Exceeding 2,100 Units
On March 31, the government of Nuevo León, Mexico held the delivery ceremony for its first batch of natural gas buses in 2026. All 215 buses are equipped with Yuchai natural gas engines, marking another large-scale breakthrough for Yuchai and Chinese bus brands in the local public transport market.
These 12-meter natural gas buses will be put into regular service on local routes, providing residents with more eco-friendly and efficient mobility services.
With this new fleet in operation, the total number of Chinese-brand buses powered by Yuchai natural gas engines in Nuevo León has reached 2,115 units, achieving large-scale and stable operation.
