Developed on Yuchai's high-power YC16VC engine platform, this genset is designed for applications ranging from 1800kW to 2400kW. It features a 16-cylinder V-type configuration, water-cooled four-stroke cycle, turbocharging with intercooling, and electronically controlled fuel system, offering a compact structure, strong power output, fast response, and consistent performance.
During operation, the genset can start rapidly and carry loads stably upon mains failure, maintaining uninterrupted service for core station systems including ticketing, fare checking, lighting, communications, signaling, and security. Engineered for durability and adaptability, the unit meets the stringent demands of long-term continuous operation in transportation hubs, delivering robust support for both daily operations and emergency scenarios at Bandung High-Speed Railway Station.
