Featuring stable performance, strong adaptability and high reliability, the 16VC series generator sets are widely applied in key scenarios such as commercial buildings and large-scale data centers, delivering reliable emergency backup power support for various important buildings and computing power facilities. The following presents the equipment configuration, delivery and application details of two key completed projects.

Zhuhai Information Building is equipped with one 1800kW 16VC containerized generator set, which was successfully delivered and officially put into operation in June 2021. Tailored for the outdoor installation conditions and power supply demands of commercial buildings, the adopted 16VC container-type unit adopts an integrated design that integrates noise reduction, forced heat dissipation, special smoke exhaust and outdoor protection systems. With a compact and neat overall structure, it features excellent dustproof, rainproof and anti-interference capabilities. It requires no dedicated machine room, greatly reducing on-site construction and deployment costs with outstanding adaptability. Equipped with the mature 16VC power core, the unit delivers stable power output with high voltage and frequency control accuracy, fully meeting the power load demands of daily office equipment, intelligent weak current systems and public supporting equipment in the building. As a core emergency backup power supply device for the project, it can start and connect to the grid rapidly in case of municipal power outage, grid fluctuation, line maintenance and other sudden power anomalies to resume power supply in a timely manner. It effectively avoids office suspension, equipment damage and data loss caused by power cuts, ensures continuous, stable and safe power supply for the whole building, and provides a solid power guarantee for the daily efficient operation of the commercial complex.

China Mobile Yade (Xiyong) Data Center completed equipment delivery in November 2020. The project is equipped with four 2000kW high-power 16VC series generator sets. Adopting a high-performance 16-cylinder power architecture, the sets achieve a total installed capacity of 8000kW through collaborative operation, forming a highly redundant and reliable backup power supply system that fully meets the stringent power supply standards of large-scale computing power data centers. As a core hub for massive data storage, network transmission and computing power scheduling, the data center has extremely high requirements for power supply continuity, stability and fault tolerance. The supporting 16VC high-power units comply with China National Stage III emission standards, and boast the advantages of low noise operation, low fuel consumption, fast start-stop response and strong operational fault tolerance. The four units serve as mutual redundant backups and operate in linkage to fully bear the core loads of server clusters, precision refrigeration equipment, security monitoring and fire-fighting supporting systems. Equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system, the devices support autonomous start-stop, intelligent grid switching and real-time operational self-inspection. They can respond instantly and achieve seamless power supply supplementation when municipal power fails, effectively eliminating major operational risks such as computing power interruption, data damage and equipment downtime, ensuring the 7×24-hour stable operation of the data center, and providing high-level power guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the operator's core computing power infrastructure.

In summary, leveraging the excellent performance of 16VC series generator sets, the two projects have satisfied the differentiated backup power supply demands of commercial office buildings and large-scale data centers respectively. The equipment has operated stably after delivery and commissioning, laying a solid foundation for the daily safe operation of both projects.
