On June 10, the 10th International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Vehicle Congress and Exhibition officially kicked off in Kunshan. Wan Gang, Chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, visited Yuchai's hydrogen product booth, where he inspected a range of core exhibits, including PEM hydrogen production equipment, fuel cell systems and hydrogen internal combustion engines.
Wan Gang attaches great importance to the development of the hydrogen energy industry. On numerous public occasions, he has emphasized that hydrogen energy is a pivotal direction for future energy transition and a key carrier driving green and low-carbon development in the transportation and industrial sectors. He encourages industry enterprises to adhere to independent technological innovation and accelerate the commercialization of hydrogen energy equipment.
During the inspection, Wan Gang gained detailed insights into the R&D progress, technological breakthroughs and market applications of Yuchai's full lineup of hydrogen energy products. He fully recognized Yuchai's R&D achievements and industrialization breakthroughs in hydrogen internal combustion engines, hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen production equipment, and affirmed the company's development strategy of rooting itself in China and deeply cultivating the hydrogen energy track.
Hosted by the China Society of Automotive Engineers (CSAE) and the International Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association (IHFCA), the congress and exhibition serves as a benchmark event with the largest scale, highest professionalism and greatest influence in the global hydrogen and fuel cell industry. At this year's show, Yuchai displayed its star products, namely the YCK06H hydrogen-fueled engine, electrolyzer hydrogen production system and 120 kW fuel cell.
Moving forward, Yuchai will seize the development opportunities of the hydrogen energy industry, continuously increase investment in technological research and development, uphold the original aspiration of innovation, and further deepen its layout in the hydrogen energy field.
