In June 2024, Yuchai successfully delivered one unit of YC16VC4900-D30 diesel engine to the Middle East market.
The YC16VC4900-D30 is a high-performance diesel engine developed by Yuchai for heavy-duty generator set applications, suitable for both prime and standby power supply. It features a V16 cylinder configuration, electronically controlled fuel system, and turbocharging with intercooling, delivering strong power output and stable performance to support reliable power for key projects.
To adapt to the high-temperature and dusty operating conditions in the Middle East, the engine has been specially optimized in its cooling system, air filtration and overall durability, ensuring consistent performance even under harsh environments.
Compliant with international technical standards, the engine is supported by Yuchai's global service network, providing customers in the Middle East with timely technical support and spare parts supply throughout the product lifecycle.
