Standard generator sets cannot accommodate constrained layouts, harsh site conditions and project-specific power requirements. We provide tailored non-standard modification, site adaptation and batch turnkey delivery for high-power units. For this project, YC16VC4200-D30 generator sets were fully customized to suit on-site installation limits, ventilation configuration and continuous-duty operating criteria.

Customization covers dimensional adjustment, ventilation and piping optimization, ECU calibration and upgrade, noise reduction, interface matching and vibration damping improvement. The project was implemented with standardized engineering validation throughout design verification, prototype testing and mass production. Every unit passed multi-level quality inspection to guarantee stable performance under continuous high-load conditions.
Each unit undergoes modular production and full factory acceptance testing, including no-load operation, graded load testing, long-term stability verification and safety protection inspection. Delivering steady power output with high reliability, these units are applicable for both prime and standby power scenarios. In March 2024, 7 sets of customized YC16VC4200-D30 generators completed full commissioning and were batch delivered on schedule.
The full delivery package includes certified test reports, conformity certificates, electrical drawings and maintenance documents. Our technical team offers on-site installation guidance, system commissioning and operator training to support rapid site deployment and consistent long-term operation.
