The 16VC electronically controlled common-rail 3000kW generator set is adopted for the expansion project of the Inner Mongolia Ulanqab Gold Mine of Shandong Gold Group. Equipped with a V16-cylinder high-pressure common-rail fuel supply system, the unit features sensitive transient response and excellent load stability, fully adapting to the impact load working conditions of mining and mineral processing equipment in the mine. Tailored for the harsh local environment of the Ulanqab mining area with heavy dust and large day-night temperature differences, it is fitted with an enhanced multi-stage air filtration system and wide-temperature cooling device, enabling long-term stable operation under full load. Serving as the core main and standby power supply for the mine expansion project, the unit ensures uninterrupted power supply for underground mining, mineral processing production lines and supporting infrastructure equipment. Meanwhile, the common-rail model boasts low fuel consumption and long maintenance cycles, which is highly suitable for the operation and maintenance conditions of remote mines and effectively reduces the mine's operating costs.
