Yuchai service personnel brought maintenance parts such as engine oil and filters and departed early from Fuzhou to rush to Taishan.


The service personnel conducted nucleic acid testing in advance, opened the release permit, passed through multiple epidemic checkpoints for inspection, and braved the wind and waves all the way to reach the Taijiang Typhoon Shelter in Lianjiang. Fishing boats come and go in the port to unload goods, do nucleic acid testing, and spray paint, making it easy amidst the busy schedule. The service personnel loaded the maintenance parts onto the ferry boat and drove at full power straight to the docking positions of the 12 fishing boats. The fishermen on board saw the arrival of Yuchai service personnel and immediately gathered on a boat, creating a lively atmosphere. They all want to bring Yuchai's service experts to their ships for inspection and seek advice on engine usage and maintenance experience. After calming down the shipowner, the Yuchai service personnel carefully inspected each ship one by one, patiently recording the ship number, shipowner phone number, maintenance time, usage and maintenance suggestions, and what parts needed to be replaced for each ship in a small notebook. They also added WeChat and took photos of the records to send to the fishermen. Yuchai service personnel also pay attention to understanding the customer's work area, subjective feelings about engine use, whether it is convenient to purchase accessories, whether the service arrival time is timely, and what experience sharing is available during the epidemic.
