Based on the design and production platform of mature products, Yuchai independently developed and manufactured high-temperature wear-resistant materials suitable for gas generator sets, as well as high-strength main components such as cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, camshafts, crankshafts, and common bases, greatly improving the reliability and durability of the products.

High Efficiency and Environmental Friendliness
Adopting mature technologies such as lean combustion, capacitive high-energy ignition module, Yuchai patented combustion chamber, oxygen sensor closed-loop control, etc., to ensure efficient and clean combustion of gas, precise control of air-fuel ratio, and improve performance consistency and stability while ensuring low emissions.
The gas engine adopts Yuchai's patented rear gear chamber point line meshing gear technology and four valve technology, which effectively reduces the mechanical noise, exhaust noise, and exhaust temperature of the transmission system, and is friendly to operators and the natural environment.

Low Maintenance Costs
By adopting Yuchai's patented cylinder liner, piston ring, and valve sealing technology, the consumption rate of lubricating oil is significantly reduced, and the replacement cycle of lubricating oil exceeds 1000 hours. Gas generator sets are equipped with universal and easy to maintain components, significantly reducing maintenance costs for power generation equipment.

Safety Protection
Adopting an independent and mature unit control system, the control system is stable, and each cylinder is equipped with knock monitoring to monitor the overall status in real time. The configuration of explosion-proof valves in the crankcase and intake pipe ensures the safety of the entire machine.

Alternator
The generator has the advantages of high power generation efficiency, low temperature rise, low waveform distortion rate, good dynamic performance, and stable AVR parallel operation. It has first-class reliability and durability, and can meet the requirements of various harsh environments.
