Product introduction
YC12VTDG-700N5HC series gas genset is an automatic genset independently developed by Yuchai based on years of market application experience by introducing advanced genset technologies at home and abroad. The genset is equipped with a mature gas control system. After Yuchai's rigorous mechanical development verification and standardized combustion development technology optimization, this series of gas genset is characterized by high reliability, high efficiency and environmental friendliness, and low maintenance cost, and can meet the needs of different users.

High Reliability
Based on the mature product design and production platform, Yuchai has independently developed and manufactured high-temperature wear-resistant materials and high-strength components (including cylinder block, cylinder head, camshaft, crankshaft, and common base) suitable for gas genset, greatly improving the reliability and durability of the product.

Efficient and Environmentally Friendly
The application of such mature technologies as lean combustion, high-energy capacitor ignition module, Yuchai's patented combustion chamber, high efficiency turbocharger, and oxygen sensor closed-loop control ensures efficient and clean gas combustion, accurate air-gas ratio control, higher performance consistency and stability, and low emissions.
Yuchai's patented rear gear chamber and point-line meshing gear technology and the four-valve technology are applied to the gas engine, effectively reducing the mechanical noise, exhaust noise and exhaust temperature of the powertrain, and ensuring the friendliness to operators and the natural environment.

Low Maintenance Costs
Yuchai's patented cylinder liner, piston ring and valve seal technologies are applied, greatly reducing the consumption rate of lubricating oil, and extending the change cycle of lubricating oil to be more than 1,500 hours. The gas genset is equipped with parts with good universality and convenient maintenance, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of power generation equipment.

Safety Protection
The genset is equipped with an independent mature genset control system to realize stable control, a knock monitor for each cylinder to realize real-time condition monitoring of the genset, as well as crankcase and inlet pipe explosion-proof valves, ensuring the safety of the genset.

Alternator
The alternator has the advantages of high generating efficiency, low temperature rise, low waveform distortion rate, good dynamic performance and stable AVR parallel operation, as well as first-class reliability and durability, and can meet the service requirements of various harsh environments.
